Welcome to Feet First, Western Australia

The aim of Feet First is to produce a range of wines from fruit grown in Western Australia that are value for money.

To this end, vintage variations are reduced by sourcing quality fruit from growers in a diverse range of regions, including Margaret River, Swan Valley, Mount Barker, Frankland River and Geographe. Our aim is to maintain a level of quality that over delivers for the price asked and to be available in key markets in Australia and overseas.

The Feet First label depicts the Magnificent Tree Frog litoria splendida, locally known as the “Splendid Frog”.

It is native only to the north of Western Australia, found in the Bungle Bungle Ranges in the Kimberley region.

Its small area of habitat and the fact that it shelters from the tropical day time temperatures in caves and between boulders make it a rare find indeed. To complement our Feet First Wines, Wine Alert is proud to announce the release of the premium tier, Top Hat.

Top Hat will showcase single varietals chosen from select vineyards in Margaret River, Great Southern and Geographe. The label consists of the Magnificent Tree Frog which has been playfully perched on a formal top hat. The first release of the Premium Tier will be the much awaited Top Hat Chardonnay 2008.
